"A Foolish Opinion" Journal page

A new page in my "Octopus's Garden" journal. "An Octopus's Garden" (along with "Over the Edge") is one of the classes I will be teaching at JournalFest this October. I'm really looking forward to it. Classes are filling up quickly, so if you haven't registered yet, don't delay! You can sign up at Teesha Moore's website.

Hi Ingrid,

I am going to be in your "Over the Edge" class at Journalfest and wanted to tell you how much I love the way you lay down the color on your ATC's and your journal pages. I come here sometimes just to get inspired and get an eyeful of color. I did make a new journal and it is spiral bound 6x8 and I cut out my hands like the example in your class listing. By accident they look like they are clapping but not meeting up exactly, the fingers are slightly off and it looks the way someone would if they were saying to themselves "how wonderful!"

So now I've been cutting out more pages and I have also made a book inside the book. Funny how those photos you put up have inspired me.

I'm really looking forward to meeting you and hearing what you have to tell us. 3 months to go.

Nice to meet you,

Awesome journal pages, Ingrid. I am sorry I haven't made it to your blog for awhile. I've been working on Seth's disintegration project. I really love how you made the background look like gears. Great job, as usual.

I hope your classes go well this fall.
