I have been practicing some new lettering styles in my mini journals. They are just the perfect size for this sort of thing!
These Journals are some samples for the Workshop that I will be giving for Faber-Castell at the CHA show in Anaheim California next week (more information can be found by clicking the "Workshops 2010" links in the right hand side bar).
While they are far from being completely done, there is a nice variety of work in both these books using mostly Faber-Castell products.
Each of these journals is 4 1/2" X 5 1/2". All the photos enlarge to show detail.

Love your lettering, have fun at CHA
These are indeed stunning. I love the circles you have started creating. I can't begin to tell you which would be my favorite, but I sure love the bird/shell pages and the detail, detail, detail on the dance pages.
I had to laugh when I read in your previous post that you count the dots. I'm just tickled that you make them!
Have a wonderful time at CHA (and take lots of photos).
Greetings Ingrid,
It is wonderful to see the progress of this mini art book and the results are truly a treat for the eyes, the mind and ones emotions.
Thank you for sharing,
Egmont

The journal pages are so beautifully prepared.
Wow Ingrid... beautiful books and lovely lettering indeed! So much inspiration to be found here again, thanks!!! Have fun at CHA! (btw, I read your bio so the "dutchie name" is clear to me now...)
Your work is always such an inspiration! Love the new style of journaling and these little journals. Have fun at the show!!! Hugs, Terri
I love the flow of your lettering.
I really like when people are expressing their opinion and thought. So I like the way you are writing
