What a honor to be interviewed by the fabulous Rice Freeman-Zachery! I got to know her while teaching at Art Unraveled in Phoenix, Arizona a few months back. What an absolutely delightful person. Visit Rice's web site and blog for a real treat.
Thanks for sharing the podcast. It is great to know you a litlle bit more! I enjoyed listening to your process of creating, your supplies and how the muse appears for you! :D
What an excellent way to find out all of the questions I have wanted answered since I found you years ago. YAY!! And with Rice is a double bonus. Hope to meet you both one day.
AAahhh, so I was right, your name is a Dutch/Flemish name. Neat to hear that your grandparents or parents came from Holland or Belgium. I am a Belgian living in UK married to an american husband. It's a small world. I am happy for you that you made it so big and are known all over the world. It was a great podcast!
Photocat, actually we immigrated from Holland when I was rather young. I am dutch (on both sides) back until at least the mid sixteen hundreds. Many thanks for your kind words!
Thank you for stopping by my blog and for taking the time to comment! I appreciate each and every comment I receive. I will always respond and answer questions if there is any way to get back to you. Even if your name is listed, often there is no email address attached. So, if I don't respond to your comment, it doesn't mean I don't care, I just can't find you!
Wonderful podcast -- you sound so relaxed and conversational. Very enjoyable. Congrats!
