My Final Wishes

Thank you for stopping by my blog and for taking the time to comment!
I appreciate each and every comment I receive. I will always respond and answer questions if there is any way to get back to you. Even if your name is listed, often there is no email address attached. So, if I don't respond to your comment, it doesn't mean I don't care, I just can't find you!
I love your pages! This is such a hard topic to deal with but we all need to deal with it! I love the transfers you did!
ReplyDeleteNice one, Ingrid! I'm having some trouble with this crusade...
ReplyDeleteingird - lovely pages! i can appreciate that it's not an easy thing to think about but you've made the first step - bravo! on a less serious note i smiled that you wrote "morality" vs mortality *grin* thanks for playing along and sharing your journal with the street team.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful set of pages. I have to spent some time and really think through what I would want to say for this crusade. Thanks for your inspiration. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of having your "final wishes" in a sacred space like your journal. Who will you tell about them ? I am still with this crusade...
ReplyDeleteI love your pages ! Great job, Inge !
I always love your pages. I'm trying to evolve a distinct style of my own such as you have. Luckily, I get side-tracked too easily to copy someone else entirely or I might be tempted!
ReplyDeleteLots of people have trouble with this crusade's topic but it's so much better to be prepared than not. What really helped me think through it was the idea that everyone would know that I had thought of them and had left something specific to them. Also, it can make it so much easier on your loved ones when they are distraught.
I'm with you, Ingrid. I'm not yet ready to think about this or deal with it, yet. I do love what you've done, though.

This prompt has had me thinking all month. I've even visited a couple of cemeteries to photograph them for Halloween projects and found myself contemplating more and more about how I want to be remembered and how I can make things easier for those who I leave behind. Your journal is gorgeous. I love all of the details.
ReplyDeleteIt's such a lovely page.
ReplyDeleteEven this is a hard topic to discuss about, but when the things happen to me, I have to choose to face it.
Wow - superb pages! I really like your words with the imagery, well done.
ReplyDeleteYour pages look incredible. When the time is right you will be able to write on the card. Perhaps jotting down one or two things every now and then may make it easuier than all at once. Good Luck.
ReplyDeleteWow, I love what you did with this. A very creative way of approaching this very difficult to face subject. When I first read about this month's challenge, I knew I could not bring myself to go here. I never thought about doing what you did. Great, great idea!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your win! And I love your journal pages. You'll be able to write on the card when the time is right.
ReplyDeleteYour transfers are gorgeous and three cheers for you for tackling the topic!! I am not quite there yet but I must be thinking about it more!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on winning the challenge for this month!
Hugs!

Hello Ingrid,
ReplyDeleteI haven't visited before ... this crusade is not an easy one... but your start is great ! I really like your pages and maybe I should do the same : getting a start and keep the page blank until I'm ready to write it down...
