Enameled Buttons


This past weekend I was teaching workshops at Charmed I'm Sure Studios in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.  I stayed an extra day for a play day with owner Jean Van Brederode.  What a fun day!  She taught me how to make the above enameled buttons, which I am absolutely in love with.  This is my first attempt and I have to admit I could easily get hooked on enameling.  Jean said they have a very "Organic" look to them.  Honestly, I think it's just a kind way of saying they are messy .... but I love them non-the-less!
