Okay ... I'll admit I am hooked. Can't get enough of these T-Shirts. I have now pretty much cleared out all the thrift shops in the greater Detroit and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area of their T-Shirt inventory.
ooh, interesting, love the colours. This reminds me of a blog I've been following for a while by Rice who's made a lot of 'jumperons' which I love. I'm inspired make some of my own wacky clothes one day. http://voodoonotes.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/the-latest-jumpron.html.
So is this free form sewing or is there some pattern involved. For those of us not super experienced, but relatively capable seamstresses do you have any advice should we embark on such an adventure?
I can hardly wait to get myself to the local thrift stores and see what treasures I can find. I thought Alabama Chanin was my favorite tee shirt designer but you now claim that spot. Thanks for the great ideas for what to do with old tee shirts; I can resurrect my favorite one which sits waiting on the shelf for just such an idea.
Thank you for stopping by my blog and for taking the time to comment! I appreciate each and every comment I receive. I will always respond and answer questions if there is any way to get back to you. Even if your name is listed, often there is no email address attached. So, if I don't respond to your comment, it doesn't mean I don't care, I just can't find you!
Love them!
ReplyDeleteSUPER -- I love them!
ReplyDeleteI love the shape....loose and flowing...dipping down on the corners.
