Itching to make a new Junk Journal

I'm still adding photos to my newly revamped website.  I'm beginning to think it will never be finished.  I'm just about to the point of saying "It's good enough ... I'm done".  However, there are still several things I feel I have to take care of before I can call it done.

I added a few more photos of this Junk Journal I made in Portland, Oregon a few years back while teaching at "Art and Soul".  It was a great time .... and I am going back in a few short weeks again!  I'll be teaching some of my favorite workshops.

There is still time to register here.  Do consider joining us for a fabulous time!

To see more of this journal, go to my website here. Working with these photos and seeing the journal again makes me want to make another File Folder Journal / Junk Journal. They are so much fun ...and such a great way of using up all those paper treasures you don't have the heart to throw away.

Ingrid - we'll be out of the country when you are in Portland - dang! I could drive there! But Noreene and I, who met in your CREATE class last year here will be signing up for Art Is - in Phoenix. Looking forward to learning from you again!

Question - when you cut out letters for your ransom style, do you always use black and white, or do you color in with pen to get to those? You always have such great letters! Totally enjoying the updated web site!

  4. As far as the Ransom Letters go ... I also have colored letters that I save. You usually see the black and white in my work, simply because that is what I prefer. Look forward to seeing you in Phoenix! Registration opens in a few days!

Thank you for stopping by my blog and for taking the time to comment!
I appreciate each and every comment I receive. I will always respond and answer questions if there is any way to get back to you. Even if your name is listed, often there is no email address attached. So, if I don't respond to your comment, it doesn't mean I don't care, I just can't find you!
