This file folder journal is entitled "A Reliable Collection of Oceanographic Data". It's made out of a couple of old vintage file folders (with wonderful metal tabs) and a variety of different papers. This journal will be donated to an auction at "Art Unraveled" in Phoenix, Arizona this July 30th thru August 7th, 2012. Proceeds will go to the "Youth Development Institute", a residential treatment center for at risk youth.I haven't done any journaling in this book, just got it all set up and ready for the new owner to journal in.50 pages to add more images and/or just journaling.I'm really enjoying this type of journal lately. So much so, that I bought out the remainder of the stock that was available. I am now the proud owner of about 800 of these nifty file folders with metal tabs.
I am just smitten with this fish page that I also used in my "Under the Sea" tunnel book.
This journal is 8" X 9 1/2" and a bit over 1 " thick.

It's a lucky person who gets that journal....I like the octopus page and the fish is a great addition!
Oh my, it's so gorgeous I just want to rip it out of my computer screen and keep it for myself. Now if only there was a way to do that... ;-)
You have the best images, Ingrid, and such an incredible talent for arranging them in your own unique style. I adore this book.

Great job on the journal. I am registered to take a class at Art Unravelled this year and I can't wait for it to come. I'll be sure to catch a glimpse of this in person! Good luck and I hope it raises a lot for the silent auction! - Beth Myers www.iambethmyers.com

It looks gorgeous Ingrid. I'm sure the lucky owner will love it.
Hello!
Gorgeous!! As I live nearby and was looking into taking a class in NYC, I just noticed that your workshop link to Little Bird is broken.
Knew you'd want to know <3 and hope you are well!
