Can't seem to focus on anything today and this is the journal spread that resulted. It's done in my "File Folder Journal #3", which is beginning to fill up nicely. I'm starting to use washi tape in my journals. I have had several rolls for quite awhile, but have had issues with the lack of permanence. Now, I am beginning to come to terms with it.

I love your page and the sophisticated colour palette. I know exactly what you mean about lack of focus - sometimes I go in to my creative space and just sit looking at the various UFOs (un-finished objects) and then walk out again without picking up a pencil! MM x
Nice journal entry. I think that impermanence can sometimes be a good thing.
This journal spread is gorgeous. Love the dramatic colour palette and the mix of patterns. I always have to put sealer over my washi tape because it drives me crazy when it starts to curl up. The list is awesome and writing it as a border is such a cool idea. Sometimes it's OK to be unfocused...it might be your brain's way of gearing up to create or just taking a break. From the beauty of this page, your brain was focused at some level for sure!
I Love all your pages and distinct style! I also feel the same way about washi tape.
